Prices are understood in EURO, per day (1-2 persons), valid for a booking of minimum 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday/or Sunday to Sunday)

Surcharge for several occupancy (max. 2 extra persons,  pull-out sofa in living room) per person/day € 10,- 

Children up to the age of 12 are free of charge!

Extra costs:

• € 2,20 local tax per person and day (Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax)
• € 40,- final cleaning 

Check-In: From 16:00. Early check-in is possible upon request.

Please pick up the apartement's key between 16:00 & 18:00 (We live upstairs). In case of a late arrival please give us a call (+43 660 4540578)

Check-Out: Latest 11:00. Late check-out is possible upon request.

Booking Guarantee: Your reservation will be guaranteed by prepayment.

Payment: Prepayment (50 % of the agreed total amount) by bank transfer. Balance by cash payment upon arrival or by bank transfer before arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. 

Cancellation Conditions: Free cancellation upto 30 days before arrival. Afterwards a cancellation fee (50 % of the agreed total amount) will be charged.
